Quote 4…

Here is another quote from the movie “Fireproof” said by John Holt (played by Harris Malcolm):

“Love her… whether she deserves it or not… God loves you even though you don’t deserve it. Even though you’ve rejected him. Spat in his face. God sent Jesus to die on the cross and take the punishment for your sin because he loves you. The cross was offensive to me until I came to it. But when I did, Jesus Christ changed my life. That’s when I truly began to love [her]… Can’t you see that you need him? Can’t you see that you need his forgiveness? Will you trust him with your life?”

I think this is also a good quote to remember by Christians who sometimes feels that it is useless to love the world.

And for counsellors who sometimes feels it is useless to keep om caring for people when they seem to keep om making the same mistakes over and over!

It has taught me to keep on loving and caring for people, even if it seems that they want to through that love and care back in my face!!

Quote 3…

Here is a quote from the movie “Fireproof”. (If you haven’t seen the movie yet, do yourself a favour, and get it!)

“It is difficult to demonstrate love when you feel little to no motivation. But love in its truest sense is not based on feelings, but a determination to show thoughtful actions, even when there seems to be no reward…”
