I have a long-standing struggle to get healthy.
One of the reasons I struggle, is that I have weak commitment to get healthy.
At least 3 times a year I tell myself I have to commit to exercising and healthy eating. At least 4 times a year I stop exercising, or just give up on exercising hard.
In addition to this, I don’t blog as regularly as often. I also want to start blogging about my road to healthy living at least 3 times a year, but never get past blog #2… If I get THAT far!
In 2014, I recommit myself to getting healthy, and to blog about the road (among other stuff) more regularly. My hope is that this will be my one and only commitment for the year in this regard.
